हरे राम कृष्ण Dear Madam, after a careful analysis of your chart, I will show you how the disease could be explained from the Vedic Astrology point of view. To understand diseases we must analyze the 6th lord, 8th lord, and badhakesh. Diseases that come from Shadripu (the 6 sins), which we may or may not have, are seen from the 6th house. Such diseases are not chronic; they are temporal and they come about through weakness; like when the person does things even though they know is not good for them, eating, smoking, drinking, whatever it may be they are not supposed to do because it is not good for them. The correlation between the act and the disease is clearly visible as the result. This is called Dristhia Aguntaka Roga. According to Harihara, the Badhaksthana shows Adrishtia Aguntaka Roga, invisible deadly diseases, which will confuse doctors and astrologers about the right diagnosis and remedy. Such diseases involving the badhakesh are very severe and difficult to cure and could manifest in the form of mental disorder. All the bad karma we have done in our past life will manifest through the 8th house in the form of chronic diseases. This dushtakarma is seen from the nodes, Rahu and Ketu. Rahu shows bad/wrong things one did deliberately to other people, and Ketu shows the mistakes, things one didn’t mean to do but happened. The intensity of the disease is determined by how many malefics are afflicting. The more malefics afflicting the 6th or 8th lords, or badhakesh, the more intense the disease. The more graha drishti, the more suffering.
Rahu in the 4th house ruled by Shani (Saturn) and receiving an aspect from Guru (Jupiter) indicates that you may have overindulged in pleasures (like eating a particular kind of food) without considering its effects on your body. Shani in the 12th house makes it very difficult for you to find the cure or the right medicine, and being vargottama there is no doubt that is the case here. The 4th lord in the 12th house shows that you may have to spend time at the hospital. In order to see the body parts where disease will manifest, we analyze the bhava where the 6th lord is placed, and the sign where the 8th lord is placed. Because Guru is the 6th lord we need to analyze the bhava and see the actual degree of that graha (planet). For this we need to get into Drekkanas. By dividing the body into three parts (head, torso, below the waist) we can identify the rising drekkana with such body part. If the 2nd drekkana is rising, then the 2nd drekkana will be the head, the 3rd drekkana will be the torso, and the 1st drekkana will be the part below the waist. (Please follow this pattern to understand this: 1-2-3; 2-3-1; 3-1-2). In your chart the lagna is in the 2nd drekkana and Guru is also in the 2nd drekkana. This means that for your chart the 2nd drekkana is the entire head area. Although Shukra is the 8th lord (and lagna lord) it will not cause the disease. Guru represents Akasa, the vacuum that keeps everything together, the regeneration force. But in your chart Guru is causing the disease; it has stopped its cell-regeneration process because of its bad placement and Rahu’s pollution by graha and rasi drishti, therefore causing the disease to manifest as a Kappa disorder in the form of a tumor or cancer on the left side of the face, specifically the left part of the jaw (2nd drekkana, 8th house. Parashara Hora Shastra – Ch.12, 12-14). Please refer to Gunachakra to understand the following remedy for cancer-causing Guru (Jupiter). The Remedy: From the 6th house the 12th house is the maraka of the 6th house so it can end the shadripu; the 5th from from the 8th house (dushtakarma) is the 12th house, showing the future of the 8th house. In order to activate the recovery from the disease and to stop Shani from delaying the cure, we need the earth element to stop the ‘out of control' cell-growth. Budha (Mercury - earth) is the 12th lord, and Budha’s green (herbs) relates to alternative healing knowledge, Ayurveda, etc., indicating that in addition to your medical treatment, you will benefit from this remedy. We also need to strengthen the ill placed lagna lord to make sure health will improve. My advise to you is to keep an eye on what you eat, drink ONLY yoghurt for breakfast, wear diamonds in a Jyotish fashion (gem slightly touching the skin), and recite the mantra Om Jum Sah| 3 x 108 times daily or just meditate on it throughout the day. You can do this with your chemotherapy treatment. Additionally I will advise you to have a Rudrabhisheka done at your earliest convenience. Best wishes, Robert Dotel

In your chart the 6th and 8th lords are joined in the 8th house Vrishabha (Taurus) and they receive graha drishti and rasi drishti from Rahu, and rasi drishti from Ketu; both destroyers of Akasa. This is not a harmonious combination and it creates mysterious chronic illnesses. In this particular case bahakesh is not involved in the disease. The lagna lord Shukra (Venus) is also the 8th lord, and because it is in the 8th house it will not support the lagna. This means that you will only try to contact the doctor at the last minute and may have even tried to cure yourself while the cancer was developing rapidly in the meantime.
